Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the Business Partnering function.
* Support managers and wider team
* Assist in annual budgeting exercise budgeting, financial performance reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, Value for Money, and benchmarking.
* Providing high level financial insights and support to the organisation
* Support stakeholders
Essential Qualifications and Qualities:
* Proven experience in Business Partnering
* Strategic Self-motivated and driven.
* Excellent IT skills, including accounting systems and Management Information.
