We are working with a distribution company who are looking for a Customer Executive to join their small and friendly commercial team on a permanent basis. You will be first point of contact for the business answering inbound telephone calls and emails and processing orders.
Responsibilities
* Provide product and vendor knowledge to customers
* Monitor and update data base management
* Follow up on quotes/enquiries and actions proactively
* Provide daily reports
* Processing and progressing orders
* Typing up quotes
* Answer inbound and email queries on orders, quotes, general enquiries, order updates
* Answer customers in a timely fashion
* Monitor and update on post sales such as courier tracking, RMAs, insurance claims
* Escalate customer compliments and complaints
* Reporting
* Attend internal and external meetings as and when required
Skills required
* Adaptive
* Be able to multi-task
* Confident on telephone
* Attention to detail
* Experience of processing orders
* Customer care experience
* Sense of humour
