I am working with an online retailer who are seeking an immediate start temporary cover in their customer service team!
The customer service role will include:
- Take orders from customers
- Respond on social media & live chat
- Deal with customer returns and orders for customers
The customer service candidate must have:
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge on social media platforms
Extra information
- Immediate start for tomorrow working tomorrow, this weekend and next week
- On going weekly review
- £10.64 per hour
