This is a great opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join a recognised supply company and to be part of a great team in the Customer Service department. For this role you will be responsible for ensuring the service levels carried out by the Engineers and Service Agents are up to a high standard and keeping on top of stock control.
Responsibilities include
* Creating and maintaining reports via Excel
* Managing Engineers diaries
* Taking inbound calls from customers dealing with issues
* Maintaining company systems to achieve targets and goals
* Adding new information on stock processes on the company portal
* Reviewing stock procedures to achieve first fix rate
* All part orders are processed and updating customers on turnarounds for the repairs
* Follow up with customers on outstanding issues so all call-outs have been completed and resolved
* Track any breaches of our Service Levels making contact to resolve issues as required to ensure best customer response
* Escalate any constant breaches on SLA's, stock management or lack of performance on a weekly basis to Head of Customer Service
Essential skills required
* Strong administration skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Good with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised
* IT literate
* Problem solver
