HR Manager / 1 Year Contract
Sevenoaks
£45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30 - 5pm - Hybrid working available*

Are you looking for a step into a HR Manager role? Do you have your CIPD Level 5, and would like to manage a small HR team, utilising your knowledge and skills?
What will the role involve?
* Recruitment, selection and retention, induction, compliance and policies, performance management, training, and development.
* You will have an overview of all employee relations and be able to provide legal advice on any employment updates, HR processes or staffing issues.
* Responsible for all processes ensure policies are up-to-date and all staff are aware of relevant policies and regulations and complete the appropriate training required.
* To provide professional advice and support to Senior Managers on the interpretation of HR policies as well as any investigation, disciplinary or grievances in accordance with employment law.
* Oversee the maintenance and reporting of accurate staff absence records in line with the absence policy.
* Oversee levels of absence management and advise Senior Management Team.
* Give direction to processes within the HR department to ensure responsibilities are met.
* Manage and direct the HR Administrator to ensure responsibilities are met..
* To provide legal advice on any employment regulation up-dates, HR processes or staffing issues.
What skills will you need?
You will require proven HR abilities within a operational/Advisor HR background and ideally be CIPD qualified - minimum of Level 5, preferably Level 7, or degree equivalent.
*Hybrid Working will be available and will be discussed at interview for set weeks throughout the year.
