Credit Controller | Sittingbourne | 22k - 26k
Our client, a successful services business in Sittingbourne, is looking to appoint an energetic Credit Control / Sales Ledger Clerk to join there finance function. This is a great opportunity for someone with some credit control exposure and good administration skills to support the team and develop.
The company is successful, well established and has low staff turnover. The team is friendly, and the role will evolve into one that will be responsible for maintaining relevant debt ledger and working alongside colleagues to ensure that all credit control duties for the team are completed. The primary aim of the role is to develop rapport with customers to ensure any bad debt risk is minimized.
• Posting daily cash
• Maintaining ledger
• Credit card transactions
• Telephone calls
• New account opening (sickness/leave covering)
• Preparing individual excel statements/consolidated invoices
• Produce weekly copy invoices for customers and send according to customer requirements
• Maintain other duties accurately and efficiently
This is an office based role.
