I am currently supporting a local specialist Firm of Accountants in East Kent who are based in a historic village and have a far reaching reputation within their specialist field. They are looking to appoint and Corporate Tax Manager to their large established team. They are ideally looking for someone with practical experience with a focus on Corporation Tax. The Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and committed individual who has qualified within the profession and could either have a couple of years` experience or be in a position where you have more experience but are looking for your next challenge.

They have high standards and are looking for someone who has a strong technical background alongside strong interpersonal skills. You will have an analytical approach and be able to work well with their clients, offering advice and an open approach. It is essential that you have the strength and ability to network and form an option and be a leading decision maker. You will provide advice to a mixed client base of mainly family owned businesses boh medium and large on tax issues, including partnerships and trusts, sales, mergers, acquisitions, share schemes, R&D tax credits, planning, and more.

You must be able to take responsibility for others and work independently, prioritising workloads and taking responsibility for planning and budget management. You will be confident in communicating with clients from varied backgrounds and be able to sell services to provide more effective resolution for the clients in a professional manner.
