We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Deputy General Manager with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in hospitality. There’s a fabulous opportunity at The Milk House to advance your career in our award-winning pub, working in a high-energy and busy environment with a large front of house team, bar, dining room, garden, and guest accommodation.
The role includes managing the property in the absence of the GM, taking responsibility for the FOH team working on the day, supervising deliveries, cashing up, locking up and some office based tasks.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve lots of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail, and are ready to take the next step in your hospitality career. Previous experience in hospitality essential.
