SALARY: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

TERM: Temporary
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

This Dartford based employer is searching for a new member to join their team on a temporary basis. The team consists of 7 people within their department therefore you will always have consistent support in your role. This long-established business who service clients throughout the South East offer a modern office space close to beautiful scenery and free parking!

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Manually processing purchase invoices on to the accounting system (Navision)
* Assisting with purchase invoice queries - liaising with Purchase administrators and/or suppliers
* Raising sales invoices for various contracts/ensure information provided is correct & liaising with commercial department
* Chasing approvals & outstanding payments
* Inputting data on to the system
* Printing off all invoices/statements/remittance advices received by e-mail/finance mailbox and take appropriate action
* Supplier statement reconciliations



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Excel experience
* Have previously used Navision (Not essential)
* Methodical and thorough in your working approach
* Able to perform under pressure
* Ideally have at least 2 years' experience in similar type roles
