Finance Assistant
Tonbridge, Kent
Temp to Perm Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
£23,693pa + Benefits
KHR are working with a Trust based in Tonbridge who are currently looking to hire an accomplished Finance Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will start off initially temp however for the right person this could progress into something more permanent.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Preparations of annual budgets and financial plans
- Updating budgets where necessary
- Plan and monitor the cash flow of the trust and implement creditor and debtor policies and procedures
- Maintaining systems and procedures that ensure financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately
- Purchase Ledger
- Journal reporting
- Payroll
- Audits
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a busy Finance Department
- The ability to use PS Financials
- Previous experience working for a trust or academy would be advantageous
- A strong team player
- Highly organised and efficient
- Solid communication skills
- The ability to start immediately or with minimal notice
The role is fully office based from their facility in Tonbridge.
