Your new role
This position is the face of the business for customers - you will work closely with them providing support and guidance on the products that the company has to offer, dealing with any and all queries that may arise on customer accounts and support them in making any changes to this whatsoever. You will have a thorough understanding of the products available, and you will work within a strict FCA framework when discussing these with customers.
This direct customer contacts will be paired equally with an administrative support function, giving you the opportunity to get further into the details and ensuring that the back office function operates smoothly. You will prepare and issue correspondence to customers and assist with the administration of account duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills are an absolute must for this role as well as Customer Services experience - you'll need a positive and proactive approach to work as this is a fast-paced environment.
