The Role
We have an exciting opportunity at Eurotunnel for a highly dedicated and motivated individual to join our Human Resources Division as a Human Resources & Payroll Services Advisor. You will be responsible for providing essential top-quality advice and administrative support to employees, dealing with all first-line employee enquiries in relation to payroll and general HR advice. You will provide comprehensive support across the Human Resources UK team on all aspects of HR and Payroll day-to-day operations.
The Person
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A CIPD Level 3 qualification / Payroll practices qualification or equivalent experience, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.) with previous experience. You must have demonstratable experience working in a busy Payroll or HR environment with previous experience of integrated HR/Payroll/Time Recording systems.
This role will interest you if you are a strong communicator, who enjoys building excellent relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels, contributing to a positive team atmosphere, within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You must demonstrate confidence in your ability to work autonomously, promoting quality and high standards at all times, with a good understanding of GDPR, adhering to a high level of confidentiality at all times.
