Your new role
As the Head of Customer Services you will take full control of the order management process and oversee a small team of customer services staff. You will act as the point of escalation for all customer needs and work to be the lead with the ERP system in place.

You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure customers receive goods on time as well as working with the supply chain team to ensure that stock is available appropriately.

You will work to develop a host of reporting tools focussing on a host of KPI's including both the customer services and warehouse team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have managerial experience within Customer Services, have excellent communication skills and be a creative problem solver and thinker.
