Account Manager
£28,000 - £30,000
We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Sales Co-Ordinator to join our client based in Maidstone. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar role, and is looking to progress within their career.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing customer enquiries regarding projects, orders and general enquiries
* Dealing with paperwork and issuing quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders etc
* Giving internal support and service to customers
* Managing any necessary logistics
* Communicating via e-mail, in writing and on the phone with customers and providing a great level of service
* To establish working relationships
The ideal candidate:
* Have experience within a similar role
* Able to demonstrate good communication and initiative
* Confident and enthusiastic
* Good computer literacy
