As Recruitment Business Partner you will be the first point of contact for hiring managers looking to recruit candidates, and will work with them to consider the best way of attracting candidates in large volumes or difficult areas to recruit.
You will work alongside our amazing team of Recruitment Officers to engage in multiple sourcing methods, and ensure process is adhered to in regard to the processing of pre-employment checks via our applicant tracking system.
Experience of recruiting candidates from scarce skill markets at high volumes is essential, along with excellent ICT skills and experience of using recruitment administrative systems.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to write engaging recruitment adverts, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
You will report in to our Recruitment Manager and will join a friendly, enthusiastic and fun team, who all strive for excellence.
The team are currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% being spent on site in Canterbury, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy.
