Job Title: Service Administator
Salary: £23-27,000
Responsibilities:
* Manage service requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely response.
* Coordinate service schedules and assign technicians based on availability and skills.
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Communicate with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries or concerns.
* Maintain service records and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in office productivity software and tools.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
