Are you a skilled and passionate Print Press Operative with expertise in the world of lithographic printing? We have an amazing opportunity for you to showcase your talents and join a dynamic team!
Working hours: Friday to Sunday, 12-Hour Shifts – 36 hours per week! PAID BREAKS!
Looking for a work schedule that provides flexibility and allows you to enjoy more time off during the week? Look no further! We are offering a unique position where you'll work Friday to Sunday. With 12-hour shifts, you'll maximize your productivity and have more time for personal pursuits during the rest of the week.
Main Duties will include:
Working within a successful team, operating printing machines
Lithographic Printing in UV and Conventional Inks
Using Emulsions and UV Lacquers
Cutting Stripper blankets and using Cyrel plates
Printing process, pantones, and special effects
Maintaining machines to a high standard.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have:
Previous experience operating lithographic print presses (preferred but not essential).
Good communication skills
Experience working within the packaging sector (preferred not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
Ability to interpret job orders, set up print presses, and perform maintenance tasks (preferred but not essential).
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, reliable and willing to work as a team during busy peak periods
