Friendly and passionate Receptionist required to support our inspiring client.
The Role
The key requirement as our Receptionist is to provide the tenants and visitors with exemplary customer service.
Your duties will include:
* Greet visitors
* Issue security passes
* Tenant liaison
* Assist with events
* Provide site tours
* Answering and forwarding phone calls
* Sort and distribute post and parcels
* Transport visitors around site in company vehicle
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for Receptionists to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a charismatic, outgoing personality. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different requests and situations. You will need to be IT savvy and experienced in using Word, Excel, Outlook and databases.
Due to the requirement to use a company vehicle to transport visitors around site you will need a full driving licence, have a minimum of 2-years driving experience and be 25 years of age or over for insurance purposes.
Full-time hours Monday to Friday 0800-1700
Immediate start available for a temporary to permanent opportunity or permanent contract available.
