Job Title: Administrator within Finance

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £25k-£26k

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm



Benefits:



· 23 days holiday as standard rising to a maximum of 28 days after 5 years full service-excluding bank holidays.

As the Administrator within Finance your key responsibilities would be:

· Processing vendor purchase invoices, payments, and statement management

· Completion of vendor payments and ledger reconciliations.

· RMA returns to vendors

· Setting up new accounts and credit agency reports.

· Checking orders and processing to shipment

· Bank order processes

· Resolving customer queries

· Dealing with emails and enquires



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:



· Excellent attention to detail

· Willingness to learn

· Experience of working in a busy environment essential but financial background not required

· Strong administrative skills.

· Excellent IT skill and basic knowledge of excel

· Due to location, must hold a driving licence and own a vehicle.
