We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Computer Science tutor to join our educational service. You will be responsible for teaching students how to develop their IT skills. We are particularly looking for candidates with previous experience in IT coding for computer programs and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver BTEC/GCSE curriculum that covers programming and IT concepts
Use various teaching methods to engage students and help them understand programming concepts.
Develop and administer assessments to measure students' understanding and progress.
Monitor and support students' progress and provide feedback on their work.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coding and IT to ensure students are learning relevant skills

Ideal:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 1 years of experience teaching coding and IT skills.
Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, and HTML/CSS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in coding and IT.

All candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS and prohibition from teaching checks in line with the Safer Recruitment in Schools process.
