We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work at our client's site based in Gravesend. This is a temporary assignment.
You will be providing a high quality front of house service and your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant extensions, greeting visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude, logging and reporting any incidents in a timely manner, and acting as first point of contact for staff, clients and customers on site.
While training the shifts are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 5pm.
After training the shifts are Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm.
