Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for an organised and reliable Receptionist to work for a fantastic, expanding business based in Mid Kent.

Our client are looking for an, outgoing, driven and enthusiastic individual to join their new vibrant office based in Mid Kent.

   Duties for this role include:

First point of contact for all incoming calls, external visitors to site and staff members
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
Working closely with other heads of departments
Booking travel and accommodation on behalf of the MD
Stock management and ordering of stationary and other office essentials.
Ensuring all refreshments and stationery is equipped within the office area’s and reception.
Any other duties as required. 
The successful candidate will have/ be: 

Exceptional interpersonal skills
Flexible, reliable, and positive
A natural problem solver
Strong customer service skills
Someone who thrives under pressure and is happy to work to tight deadlines and with high expectations.
Good people management skills.
An experienced and proactive Office Manager with experience as a receptionist and someone who is happy to work both roles.
A positive outlook
Able to commit to full time hours in the office.
