We are working with a leading Repairs and Maintenance business based near West Malling.
Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full, time permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include:
Act as first point of contact for all client queries and requests.
Take all Helpdesk calls and emails and respond in a timely manner.
Provide daily and weekly reports.
Use in-house company CRM system - setting up new clients etc.
Raise work orders on in-house system.
Plan/prioritise contractor's workloads.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A strong customer service/administration background, ideally gained within a maintenance related business.
Experience of using CAFM system would be advantageous.
A great, can do attitude.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Great Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and upbeat.
Experience scheduling/planning engineers would be beneficial.
