Do you have the ability to organise, evaluate, plan and implement improvements in a project management setting? Are you an effective team player, with strong influencing skills, embracing the opportunity to work with others to drive forward actions to achieve successful project outcomes? If so we would welcome your application to this ongoing full time role.
In this role you will deliver expert support, services and advice to projects, programmes and change initiatives across the organisation’s strategic change portfolio. In particular you will assist key stakeholders with understanding and utilising best practice in change analysis and benefits management when planning, implementing, and embedding business change.
What will you be doing day to day?
• Contributing to the design, monitoring, assurance, and continuous improvement of project, programme and portfolio frameworks, processes, procedures, and tools
• Providing coaching, education, and advice to sponsors and project and programme teams across the change portfolio on the application of project, programme and portfolio frameworks, processes, procedures, and tools with particular focus on change impact analysis and management
• Advise and support senior management (or delegates) on feasibility assessments of proposed strategic change initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to senior management (or delegates) to enable them to effectively identify, map, and forecast benefits related to proposed strategic change initiatives
What will you bring to the role?
• Degree in a relevant discipline or relevant professional qualification/experience
• Substantial experience in a Project Management role or environment
• Knowledge and experience of successfully applying programme and project management tools and methodologies, and an ability to deploy and customise procedures for individual projects
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office packages and the M365 environment
