The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Health & Safety Quality and Environment Division (HSQE), as an Environmental Officer. You will be responsible for guiding and advising the environmental decisions of the UK concession in relation to the legal obligations and objectives of the Getlink group’s Environmental Plan. You will oversee environmental regulation and contribute to the development of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and provide technological and regulatory monitoring to inform Senior Management about developments in this area.


The Person

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience with proficient knowledge and understanding of Environmental Management Systems and Legislation is essential.

This role will interest you if you are a strong communicator, who enjoys building excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to a positive team atmosphere. You must demonstrate confidence in your ability to analyse, understand, and interpret data to find workable solutions and produce clear, structured written reports to present to Senior Management.
