Our client is seeking Administrative Assistant to join their team.
* Providing administration support
* Monitoring the inbox and taking phone calls
* Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
* Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and liaise with vendors as needed.
* Maintaining statutory information
Filing and record keeping
