Finance and Operations Manager Job - West Kent - Finance and/or Business Analysts - up to £45,000 DOE

My client, a leading international financial services provider as seeking an experienced Financial and Business Analyst to join the team.
Your new role..
Will be to provide financial and operational support to the business and taking a lead on ensuring financial and operational controls and process are continuously reviewed and updated inline with current practice and company strategy. You will also be responsible for overseeing and providing; reviews of manual income calculations. Operational reviews on new business files and client financials. Reviews of clients credit lines and analysis of transactional profiles. Monitoring of overdue debtor reports and the creation and monitoring of key financial Management Information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate experience of undertaking a similar role in the past, delivering both financial and operational support, management and analysis to senior leadership. The ability to engage with all levels of stakeholder and provide a business partnering approach is key to the success of the role. Experience from within a financial services environment and any current (or working towards a) financial qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA would be desirable.
