We are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Host to join our Bodyshop team in Canterbury. You will be joining our existing Aftersales team and will be expected to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers, both external and internal.

The Bodyshop environment is a challenging one. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure and be process driven. You must be able to work as a team player and have the ability to work under your own initiative.

The ideal candidate will already work in a Bodyshop environment or have experience working in a customer facing role. A good working knowledge of using Keyloop and Autoflow would be an advantage.
