Our client is looking for an organised, enthusiastic person to join their team as a Sales Administrator in their office in Maidstone.
Duties will include:
* Handling all incoming emails and calls to the businesses generic accounts and escalating as appropriate
* Quoting for work
* Dealing with incoming enquiries and walk ins.
* Researching possible new customers/prospects and booking them in with the other sales team members.
Skills-
* Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
* Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
* Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via email
* Capable of prioritising workload
