Our client is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team.
* Monitoring the facilities inbox and taking phone calls
* Monitor calendar and book contractors for routine maintenance and servicing.
* Arrange for ad-hoc contractors for repairs etc.
* Maintaining statutory information
* Arrange for waste removal
* Fire alarm, door release and emergency light testing
* Filing and record keeping
