Friend & Grant are an established firm of chartered accountants operating from offices in Strood, Kent. They are seeking an administration assistant to help with their growing team.
Responsibilities
• Reception duties – greeting clients and providing refreshments, answering telephone calls etc..
• Word processing correspondence, sorting post in and out.
• Company secretarial duties.
• Providing support to members of our accounts and tax team as and when required.
Ideal candidate
• Confident talking to clients in person and on the telephone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
Experience and qualifications
• Five GCSE’s or equivalent, including English Language
• Basic skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Relevant experience desirable but not essential.
The role will be full-time – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 mins for lunch based at our office at Bryant House, Bryant Road, Strood, Rochester ME2 3EW.
Salary £21,000 p.a.
