Customer Service Advisor

Up to £22,500

North Kent



Are you organised, enthusiastic and have passion for Customer Service? If so, carry on reading as my client is on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly, vibrant team based in Gravesend.



Duties include:



* Answering incoming calls and emails
* Assisting customers with queries regarding the installations of their products
* Managing cancelations and re-bookings
* Taking and placing orders from customers
* Booking appointments into the engineer's diaries



The successful candidate will have / be:



* Enthusiastic and friendly!
* Exceptional customer service skills; both written and verbal
* Computer literate; basic Excel skills (SAP is a bonus!)
* Organised; able to manage own workload
* Aptitude to learn - you will be given full training and brought up to speed with the business' products!
