Customer Service Executive - 12 Month Maternity Cover

Location: Rochester

Salary: £26,000

Hours: Monday - Friday - 1pm - 10pm

Would you like the opportunity to join a global company? My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their company on a 12-month maternity cover. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include:

* Supporting a global sales and accounts team
* Processing orders, invoicing
* Ability to give 5-star customer service, resolving complaints and recording any incidents on an internal system
* Product knowledge and recommending products to best suit the customer



The successful candidate must have/be:

* Customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Self-motivation and to be able to use your own initiative
