JOB TITLE: Order Administrator



LOCATION: Ashford, Kent



SALARY: £10.25ph



TERM: Temporary, 3-6 months



HOURS: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm - Monday to Friday



START: As soon as possible



We are really excited to be recruiting for our Client who are going through a period of expansion and as a result would like us to recruit two Order Administrators for their team. Your new Manager is super friendly, they say they love the people, the team and how supportive, varied and fun it is to work there. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team of 5, you will be processing the orders for any product replacements.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Raising replacement order requests
* Liaising with relevant contacts to ensure replacement services are successfully completed and update the customers accordingly
* Working the damage report and raising charges dependent on warranty level, along with any other associated hardware charges
* Working all delivery queries raised by couriers/customers
* Arranging collections
* Ensuring all queries are responded to appropriately and within a timely manner
* Maintaining hardware related processes
* All technical administration and data entry as required



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Previous Administrative experience, although this isn't essential as training will be provided
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
* The ability to start a new role immediately and commit to a temporary position on an ongoing basis
