Head of Commercial Finance | East Kent – Hybrid | Up to £80k + competitive Benefits
This is an incredibly commercially focussed role, acting as the most senior Commercial Finance position in a £400 million T/O Business Unit, reporting to the CFO.
You will play an integral part of the Business Unit management team, assisting with the growth of the business, formulating strategies and executing plans at a time when the business is going through a major transformation project.
You will lead on financial matters; influence decision-making; improve the understanding of business performance; develop and deliver unit strategy; deliver data analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions. The role will provide first class financial and management information and strategic advice to the Board and Senior Management team.
You will need to have extensive commercial finance experience with strong experience of financial planning, budgeting, investment appraisals, business case evaluation and experience of driving change management programs focused on systems and process improvements.
