My client is looking for a Property Manager to join their successful and innovative team. They are Medway’s leading Independent Estate Agent based in Gillingham. People and property are at the forefront of everything they do. They value their customers and pride themselves on keeping things open, honest, and straightforward.
About the role
The role will be based in Gillingham and will consist of the following:
Dealing with maintenance issues
Working with our panel of contractors
Ensuring that all our properties remain compliant
Carrying out Inspections, Check Ins/Outs and Inventories
Chasing rent arrears
Preparing move in packs
The successful candidate will benefit from a friendly, family orientated environment. As well as internal and external training. Progression within the business/industry will always be encouraged.
About you
You’ll demonstrate excellent customer service skills
You should be a clear and professional communicator - as good at listening to others as you are at speaking with them
Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
Great team player and always looking to work in collaboration with your customers as well as your colleagues
Positive energy and drive to deliver results, and a people first approach
Basic IT skills
At least 1 years previous property management experience
A clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £35k dependant on exp
Monday to Friday (If working on a Saturday day off in Lieu during the week)
