Executive / Personal Assistant
An opportunity to join a global business established for 20 years that provides insurance claims and risk management services to clients around the world.
You will perform a diverse array of executive and PA duties in support of the CEO, FD and the wider team.
1 Team communications.
2 Diary management.
3 Travel arrangements.
4 Booking meeting rooms (internally).
5 Assist in marketing material preparation (PP presentations/flyers) and event organising.
6 Ad-hoc internet research
7 Point of contact for team's/contractor's issues.
8 Preparation and circulation of internal meeting's agenda and minutes of meeting.
9 Managing and updating client contact database.
10 New staff induction training (internal process & procedures).
11 Liaising with Building Management regard office facilities
The role will also include some claims administration for which training will be provided. Duties will include; setting up new claims, updating and archiving claims files/data, audio-typing reports.
Location : City of London 3 days & WFH 2 days per week
Salary : to £50,000 + benefits package
Type : Permanent
