We are looking for Caretakers, preferably with a full driving licence, for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. There is an opportunity for permanent employment after a qualifying period.
The successful candidates may be required to drive a company vehicle so you would ideally have a clean driving licence or maximum 3 penalty points along with your own transport.
You will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas and some gardening duties will be needed.
You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, have previous cleaning and caretaking experience and be well organised. You will be used to lone working and being highly motivated
Immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.30pm, and 8.00am to 3.30pm on a Friday.
