Kasper Fostering is a not-for-Profit, long established and child-centred independent fostering organisation.

Full time – 37 hours per week negotiable (some flexibility to work from home) 25 days’ annual leave per annum plus bank holidays

Role: You will be the main point of contact for all of Kasper’s foster carer and staff training (online and face-to-face) and coordinate the training programme for foster carers. In conjunction with personal development plans and requests from staff, you will undertake training needs analyses to identify skills gaps, ensuring the required training is sourced and implemented. You will identify training providers, negotiate payments, source venues and catering (where required), adhering to budget. To evaluate the effectiveness of the training, you will be producing online surveys, via Survey Monkey, to gain feedback from delegates and take any necessary action. In addition, you will support the Duty Team with administrative functions relating to the placement of children with foster carers.

Requirements for the role:· A good standard of education (GCSE standard, grade C or above to include Maths and English)· Previous training coordinator/administrative experience· Be IT literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes· Have excellent communication and organisational skills· Be confident with a professional approach and attention to detail· Able to prioritise and manage own work· A full driving licence and access to car.
