Hays Property and Surveying Kent are working with a well-known Housing Association to find an excellent Void Inspection Officer with recent experience in a similar setting.

Your new Void Inspection Officer job role

A new job opportunity has arisen for a Void Inspection Officer to join our client and work with a portfolio of properties across Mid Kent. You will join the housing team to deliver void inspection across their portfolio of properties and report to the Housing Options Manager.

What you'll need to succeed


* Recent Void Inspection experience and background is essential.
* You will be an accomplished Void Inspector with previous experience with either a housing association or local authority working in housing.
* You should have a good understanding of building regulations and working knowledge of housing legislation.
* You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* UK driving licence with own transport to commute to properties across Mid Kent.
