Duties include:
* Able to demonstrate your experience in leading and managing and coach a large team
* Ensure the team process and process the client accounts accurately
* Maintain an understanding of external regulations, standards and guidance and internal policies
* Understanding of Processing of investments and transactions
* Able to develop proactive internal relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within the financial services industry
* A proven track record of supporting and managing at team to including coaching
* An understanding of financial reconciliations
* Money Laundering skills
* Experience of data protection and AM regulations
* The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Have an analytical mind
* You will be able to work in busy environment and to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* A sense of pride in always producing quality work and deal with changing environments
