Finance Director
Location: Mid-Kent
Company: A growing SME business in the construction industry
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum
About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking SME with a strong track record. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a qualified Finance Director to join our team and drive our financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Benefits:
