I am working with this tuition company to find a leader to manage a new centre based in Dartford, Kent. As the headteacher or director of this new tuition school you will be ultimately responsible to Ofsted and the company CEO for the overall performance of the centre and its students.

The core focus of this tuition school is to provide an exciting and creative curriculum to students on a 1:1 or small group basis. You will be encouraged to personalise learning and engage in meaningful and lasting relationships with both the student(s) and their parents and carers. You will engage with the wider educational community including schools and local councils whilst also actively promoting the school and its service amongst the general public to recruit tutors and students.

You will deliver tutoring at both primary and secondary school level focusing predominantly on preparation for the Kent and Medway tests and GCSE catch up support. A strong working knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and GCSE English and Maths would be a significant advantage.

To be considered you should have:

* Qualified Teacher Status
* Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum or Maths / English at GCSE
* The ability to lead and inspire tutors and support staff in the school
* Be inspirational when discussing the school and its service to schools, parents and students
* Have a passion for teaching and learning and the desire to personalise learning ensuring that EVERY student can maximise their potential, and enjoy doing it
