Job Title - School Finance Administrator
Salary - £11ph-£12ph
Location - Medway
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Are you immediately available? Do you have an enhanced DBS? Do you have a background in finance? If the answer is yes please read on!
A new role is available for school-based in Medway. This role would suit a candidate with a background in finance who is immediately available for a temporary role.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Processing orders
* Updating spreadsheets
* Keeping the inhouse system up to date including client details
* First point of call of enquires
* Data entry
* Managing company mailbox
* Supporting the office manager with Adhoc duties
Key skills required:
* Previous experience with the above duties
* Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail
This is a temporary full-time role to start ASAP!
