Job Role - Receptionist/Administrator
Location - Kings Hill, Kent
Salary - £18,500
Duration - Full Time, Permanent
Connect2Staff are working closely with an award winning and well-established business in the West Malling area. Together, we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
The key focus of this role is to provide a professional and efficient front line service to the Businesses internal and external customers incorporating a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Job Duties
* Receive visitors; provide hospitality and arrange visitor/staff taxi transport as required.
* To assist in general administration functions (check invoices and generate payment requests for invoices)
* To assist the Facilities Co-ordinator in the running of the vehicle hire contract. To maintain accurate records of the contract.
* Issue security proximity cards to staff/visitors as required, remove from system and change dates as required.
* Support the Facilities manager, Assistant Manager and the H&S Executive in maintaining the security of the building.
* To assist where needed in the reporting of jobs to the building maintenance contractors.
* To assist/provide cover for the stationery function as required.
* To help order spare keys when required for the office and update the system as necessary.
* To order lunches, breakfasts from preferred suppliers and help with the making of beverages for meetings.

* Face to face customer service
* Administration/clerical duties
* IT literate
* Able to communicate confidently with all types of people
* Able to take and pass on written and verbal messages accurately
* Takes pride in providing first class customer service
* Organised
* Able to prioritise
* Can multi task/'think on feet'
* Team player
* Can self-motivate
* Able to work autonomously
