Porchlight has an exciting opportunity to work in our Head Office in Canterbury as an Office administrator and receptionist.
You will be responsible for providing an exemplary reception service to Porchlight’s Head Office and contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the team by carrying out general administrative duties.
You will support Porchlight’s Senior Management Team and other head office departments with administrative tasks, such as minute taking, diary management and updating records on our internal databases as and when required.
The role requires:
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills

Contract: Fixed term until 30th September 2022
Working Pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
