They are currently recruiting for someone to work helping maintain the tree collection and surrounding grounds You will be involved in a number of different roles with a focus on working with the team maintain the establishing trees, general garden maintenance and estates work. You will be working as part of the tree management team and be involved in the day to day maintenance and care of the grounds an interest in forestry, horticulture or arboriculture would be desirable. Playing a key part in maintaining tenants' independence, you will deliver all aspects of support and housing management, enabling them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. You will ensure the delivery of all aspects of support management functions. Your duties will include visiting tenants, assessing their needs, producing support plans to help them achieve their goals and organi ing social events. You will also liaise with support services, facilitate social activities and ensure that access to services is exactly as it should be. With strong listening and observational skills, as well as high standards of professionalism, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Scheme and will be responsible for inspecting and reporting any health and safety issues.
