We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and passionate Instructor to join our automotive team at the Hadlow campus, in Hadlow, Kent.

You will provide demonstrations and practical instruction in our specialist workshop facilities to our students. You will also assist in the maintenance and organisation of the practical resources used across the programmes and provide technical support to colleagues within the Motor Vehicle, Motor Sport and Motorcycle department. This will include supporting the delivery, promotion and ongoing development of the curriculum within the area.

Experience of working on practical automotive projects is essential, alongside a relevant Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle or a related discipline. Internal verification experience is desirable, although full training will be provided. You will be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, you will also have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues both within and outside of the college.

Where you’ll work: The role is based at the Hadlow campus, but the nature of the work may require travel to any of the College sites as required.

Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (FTE 1.0)

Your pay: Spine Points 22 (£25,892 per annum) to 24 (£27,474 per annum)
