Highly-established company, with a proven record of training and developing new team members from trainee to Director level

Day-to-day, with training, you will form part of a collaborative team environment, learning to manage full end-to-end recruitment processes deploying a range of skills: sales, customer service, marketing, administration and more. You will be responsible for proactive business development and client account management, as well as candidate management, organising and preparing for interviews, and much more!

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, and would like to work in a role with clear goals and targets

Monday -Friday 9-5,30

Great T Wells location – accessible easily by train bus and car!

Salary - £25-27,500 + uncapped commission = OTE £40,000 year 1

For success in this role, an ideal candidate would have previous sales or recruitment experience of 6+ months. If you have experience in another sector, with transferrable skills, this role could suit you. Applicants must be based within reasonable commute to T Wells on a Mon-Fri basis
