Leading, nationally-trading service supplier – working with many high profile projects and clients throughout the UK

Busy and varied role, playing a crucial role in the management of existing customer contracts. Duties might range:-

Team leadership – resource / workforce planning and workload allocation
Induction, training and management of team members
Handling escalated customer queries
Customer meetings including service reviews and producing contract/SLA reports
Budget management / sign off for services
Placing orders from suppliers
Liaising with Team Leaders throughout the company
Assisting implement new ideas, projects and processes
Ad hoc other tasks

Mon – Fri 37,5 hrs
£32-35000
